Jay: What happened to spring? We went strait from winter to summer.
We go on camping trips and the lake. It's best when these two are combined.
Yard work, yard work, yard work.
Birthday parties. Mother nature is a beautiful thing. Baby animals are born in the spring to increase their chance of survival. Apparently this is true for people as well. It seems like we've had a birthday party every weekend since the first of March and there has been more than one Saturday recently where we had two parties to go to.
Me: We live in Georgia. Our spring is summer temperatures during the day with cool temperatures at night. And a chance of freezing thrown in. In the summer it's sweltering 24 hours a day.
This little conversation got me thinking. Spring is when....
The kiddos pick me beautiful bouquets of flowers.

The celebration of Easter. He lives, need I say more?
We wipe the pollen from the table on the deck so we can enjoy an outdoor supper that Jay cooked on the grill.
We have play dates at the park with friends.
Baseball! I love baseball! Ever since I was a little girl and we'd go to Braves games..... I loved wearing my SMURF baseball shirt and watching Chief Noc-A-Homa. I'm still a Braves fan, but I gotta rout for the Yankees too (at least for a few years).
The stinking upstairs AC doesn't work! And I just paid A&A to fix the heat. The heat that we don't need now!
Yep, it's spring.
